Puzzle packs are downloaded from the server. You need a connection to fetch or refresh catalogs. Progress itself is stored on your device.
Puzzles won’t load. What should I do?
Check your connection, then retry. If you’re online and it still fails, close the app and try again, or email support.
How do hints work?
A hint reveals a letter on the grid. Unlocking a hint may require watching an ad.
